Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 11–33 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

If we experience a high order volume, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and are based on your order's weight and destination. Current domestic options include:

• *   Standard: 33–44 business days

Domestic shipping rates

Economy (55–88 business days):

•  Orders 0 lb–5 lb: $4.90
• *   Orders 5 lb–70 lb: $19.90

Standard (33–44 business days):

•  Free standard shipping may be available at checkout for eligible orders
• *   Orders 0 lb1 lb: $6.90
• *   Orders 1 lb–5 lb: $9.90

Note: The shipping option(s) available for your order will depend on your cart's total weight and your delivery address, and will display at checkout.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries (including, for example, United Arab Emirates, Austria, and Australia). Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout depending on destination.

• *   DHL Express: Carrier-calculated rates (supports prepaid duties where available)

Duties, taxes, and import fees (international orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by CarryNova and may be due upon delivery unless prepaid duties are offered and selected at checkout (when available).

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Delivery issues and lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first.
